R80RT...Progressive springs... HELP!

    If anyone out there has fitted Progressive (TM) Suspension "Street
    Fork Spring"s to an R80RT please post back, or better yet email me. I
    would like to give you a 'phone call to discuss a couple of things
    that I don't quite understand... I was planning to install the springs
    tommorrow (Sunday) so decided to read through the destructions... and
    erm... help? I promise to take up no more than 5 mins of your
    time...

    Do you use mIRC? I'll go on there now.
    If not post or email and I'll try to answer.

    I recently fitted some in my R100RS Monolever BTW and they make a hooooge
    difference.
