I know there are a few 'Rides List' lurkers here who may not read the list anymore, so if you haven't heard, Tony Young a.k.a. Racoon died yesterday from a stroke, aged 44. He was a top bloke & a good mate - I'll miss him. RIP Racoon. -- Krusty www.MuddyStuff.co.uk Off-Road Classifieds '02 MV Senna '03 Tiger 955i '96 Tiger '79 Fantic Hiro 250

I can see why you might think that, but don't forget that for every punter that shuffles off, not having made their threescore and ten, we the survivors have to live that much longer to make up the average. Not that you have anything to worry about: "Only the good die young". Sorry you lost your mate though, Krusty.
Better to die young & happy than be stuck in a nursing home , bed ridden having to wear nappies and being fed by the care staff not even recognising your family --
"my whole life is motivated by the fear that, at any point in time, someone somewhere is having more fun than me" Doesn't sound like much of a challenge for the rest of us.
But you haven't _died_ either. At least, not before 18 Jan 2007 at 15:43:48... -- Ivan Reid, School of Engineering & Design, _____________ CMS Collaboration, Brunel University. Personally, that would be a fucking fantastic way to go out after having also had the being young and happy bit. Where do I sign?
Hmmm. 30. Aha! 30. Oh - 30 - nowt to worry about there, son: how old were your parents when they died? 30, was it ... ?
