    suspension pressure, clampers can't get their clamps under the wheelarches.

    It hadn't before occurred to me where else reminds me of Essex (insofar
    as I was last there (in Romford) in 1991).

    You are too kind. Far be it for me to attempt to gain a dialectical
    advantage over "the cleverest man on UKRM".

    I think I will stick to my interpretation of the term, "public
    transport" though if you don't mind.

    And my comment refers to the fact that the store is legally obliged to
    provide the bays[1] - not to police them.
