I am a follower of Sensei Nige, but only a dumb novice.
May's second fortnight would be a nice match of good weather that allows
riding in leathers (you non-vented people) and long sunny days.

    Understood.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wop
Wop is a U.S. pejorative slur for a Italian people.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spic
Spic is an ethnic slur used in English speaking countries for a person of
Hispanic descent. It became a common British slang word for anyone of
Argentinian origin after the Falklands War between the United Kingdom and
    Argentina.

It seems to be that Pablo Carmichael is no longer a guiri according to the
RAE dictionary... bollocks, he is a guiri.

I don't think that's what we called the Argies.

Remember a world cup Scotland Vs Argentina game thereafter, with a large
    banner unfurled in the crowd:

Never Let a Day Go By

I'd agree, that would raise far more money and be far more sensible.
Now, if they were to try an cycle 1000miles in 24hours .....

Why is it that Scottish football supporters feel the need to wear
Argentina shirts whenever England play Argentina?

My gut feeling is that they're a bunch of social misfits with an
inferiority complex but I could be way off the mark on this one.

    Do they?
Trumped by the Taigs in Dublin supporting Germany against England in the
    same tournament 1996 IIRC.

We asked politely if this was because so many of them also supported HH and
    his boys in 1939.
