to the NEC show in November.

Well for a start I can get a nice warm train from outside my Apartment in
    Leeds.

I can get some new heated gloves
I can get Dzus fasteners to replace all the screws on the 4S fairing
Someone might finally have a good looking seat (bolt on) conversion for the
    Bastard 12.
I can bounce on one of there 400SM's that Bonners is so keen on
Get some bar risers for the 4S
Some MX style hand guards for the B12
Ogle Aunty Carol's classic bike collection
Pretend not to look at young girls with big tits in bikinis
Enjoy a hot dog with onions
    Probly bump into some UKRM's
Get Graham/GLF to measure me up for a new jacket
    Sleep all the way home

I went last year but that was because I was actually interested in
sitting on a few bikes that I'd earmarked as a possible purchase.
Even midweek, it was crowded and sucky.
I haven't been to that one for a few years now. As the Road Race &
    Superbike show it was great.
    Naturally.

I've only been once, it was shit.
I've been to Ally Pally 3 or 4 times, it's always been shit.

if I go to bike shows now it's only to meet up for a beer, and hence
only Ally Pally which is easy to get to for me is a go-er.

    I know it's not your "sort of thing"[1], but it's 5 stops/11 minutes
on the train from Enfield to Alexandra Palace.

[1] but at least public transport doesn't interfere with the notion of
having a few beers in the Palm Bar and then off into London for a few
more. Of course, it's not much better than going by bike for buying
    bulky stuff.
