    Item 92058, price ?6-76 +vat

At a rough guess it'd be a DID 50ZVM chain, so any bike shop can supply
a link for it. It appears the genuine Kawasaki one is about the same
    price.

Thanks. Starting at 8am beats getting up at 5am and not getting home
til at least 7pm, which is what I've been doing for the past year.

Why would I bother asking who the owner is when for all I knew it
could have been him having a bad day behind the counter? I'll always
give people another chance (as proven by my dealings with Flitwick
when they said they'd fixed my Tenere and the reality was they hadn't)
but on the day they missed out.

If you cast your mind back I posted recommending Cornwall Kawasaki
Centre after I'd ordered the parts from them and they turned up a
couple of days later exactly as ordered so I can't be accused of only
posting about dealers when I want to whinge.

I know. I could have fucked about trying to get a shop to order one
from the DID code but it really was easier to just buy a Kawasaki one.

I've seen it before the accident, it looked written off then.

I'm sorry. I'd like to join the masses and offer congratulations, but
the lazy sloth in me prefers to offer condolences.

it's only 'cos it's rubbish/recycling-collection day here in EN2, and
I'd forgot to put the stuff out yesterday evening, and woke up in a
mild panic since the bin men come around at 6:30 or so.

Normally I'm in bed until at least 07:30.

Anyway, on the subject of drinking, I had a glass of wine at lunchtime
    today!

And out to an actual pub on Friday evening (that saffer bird that used
to work for me, who you've met, is having her leaving do, and well,
it's as good a time as any to "get back on the horse").

You fucker. That call /was/ a job, then. That scuppers our putative
arrangements then, you useless, non-jobless bastard.
    You always were easily bought.

I wasn't in bed until a hair after 3 this morning. Up again at half 8.

I'm not much for lying in bed.

Yep, I wasn't sure what Pete wanted to talk about, I thought maybe he
was going to ask me not to tell his daughters and wife filthy jokes any
more. As it is he sat me down and asked me to join his company.

I can still do your job, it'll just take longer. I have one very
important job to do first though.
