Can anyone reccomend a recovery insurer for UK only? The bike is a
Diversion 10 years old. I don't need any frills just recovery.

My car is with Green Flag but they want as much for the bike as they do
    for the car.

    TIA

ITYWF that it comes 'free' as standard if you insure with Aunty Carol?

and a few others like Ebike

For standalone policies have a look at the cashbacks at www.quidco.com
which may make the entry level AA/RAC products good value

I've been with these for 4 years or so.
    <http://www.autoaidbreakdown.co.uk/>
    £35ish a year.
Never had the chance to use them, so cannot comment on efficiency.
Cheap, the downside is you pay for the recovery, then claim it back. Not
really a problem if you carry a credit card.

In the London area they outsource the recovery to "S.O.S. Motorcycles"
Who i've used privately maybe 3 or 4 times, and have been fairly
helpful. E.g. Fixing a puncture, replacing snapped clutch cable on a
vespa. I think they might do a recovery insurance directly, but you'd
    have to ask.

Sine moving to Carole Nash for insurance, up to 5 callouts per year
are included, and pays for the insurance, if you're unlucky / carelss
    enough to need them often.

+1 (and note it's personal rather than vehicle cover, so covers you +
partner for the car and bike).
I have used them a few times. Generally good at sending someone who is
used to recovering bikes, although they have never got someone to me
within the promised hour. You can also call the recovery company
yourself and claim back the cost, if you know someone local.
