"Candidates without IBM experience must excel in all other areas to be
    considered."

Could be a worth a try anyway. The role is based out of our Waterloo
    office.

Ah, you mis-understand me. My company are recruiting to fill
permanent vacancies but as we;'re an IBM Premier Business Partner we
only tend to hire people with experience of that software stack.

Well, I am at least familiar with MQ Series, but I don't know the nuts
and bolts of it technically - I've been a hands-off
resource/project/support manager for the last 5 years.
    hmm.

We have two office locations, Worcester and London Waterloo. But for
technical consultancy roles you could be anywhere in the country.

Solution Architect? Based out of is pretty flexible with that role.
In fact the 3 people current in it a rarely there.

In fact, none of those roles that are listed are traditional 9-5
office based roles. We have a base office of either Worcester or
London, whichever is most convenient but usual technical in Worcester
and sales and architecture in London, but in reality you just work
wherever is appropriate. Office, client or home.

Pretty good, casual but highly professional. We're a small company of
about 40-50 people, very successful, with high-profile clients and an
excellent reputation and relationship with IBM.

The fact that we're doing a lot of business and actively hiring in
this economic climate is something I'm very impressed with.

I'm still here after 5 years and not planning on going anywhere.
