Reheating food question

Discussion in 'UK Motorcycles' started by Hairy B*stard, Mar 25, 2009.

  1. I have a Big Mac in the fridge that I didn't eat last night. Will it be
ok to reheat it in the microwave?

If it's ok, how long should I cook it for?

    Cheers!

  2. Nuke it for maybe 3 minutes at most. It should be as hot as it was
    when you bought it.

  3. It won't take 3 minutes - that would incinerate it. Try 30 seconds on
High or one minute on medium. If it's a little too hot to handle it's
ok. Take the lettuce off first!

Agreed 30 to 45 seconds at most depending on the power.

Give it to the dog. Assuming of course that you don't like dogs.

Depends on the road kill used?
    It's certainly animal abuse

It wasn't OK last night, why should it be any different today?
Cooking is what you do to food.

Throw away the Big Mac, eat the carton, it will be better for you. If
you insist on eating both, don't worry, I've left Big Macs for 3 days
and eaten them cold with no after affects.

I don't recall reading anything where Chemo mentioned puking onto the burger
    first.

  13. It will be awful. Shredded lettuce that has been warmed, cooled, then
microwaved is icky. That secret "Special Sauce" stuff will have
sogged up the bun. Pickles are like lettuce in that the texture is
    both limp and tough.

I do realize that I'm answering a troll, but really I'm answering
everyone else who answered the troll with messages that treated that
old Big Mac as worth salvaging.

  15. But that was a patty worth salvaging. Those two little "Where's the
beef?" patties that they put on Big Macs...
Phil and Wendy Gramm should kill themselves.

  16. It's already too late as soon as they put the sauce on it. The only way
to get something edible out of a Big Muck is to steal the burger before
it's sold. The burgers themselves are excellent if you can get your hands
on them and cook them yourself. It's what they do to them in
MacDeadthings that turns them into tasteless crap.
