    God yes, and the cobbled together horrible piece of shit that was my
    old CB250RS...somehow. Well, I do know how - I used to do the MOT
    myself cos the old MOT man wouldn't touch it in case he became infected
    by something.

    In this case the CB250RS was a neglected wreck and getting it properly
    fettled on a limited budget was something of an achievement. It is now
    a decent example of the marque but I was by no means confident that the
    test would not reveal some horror that I had not noticed.

    Another SOB rescued.

    Not sure what 140 is in english, but it manages 90+ mph according to a GPS
    inna tankbag so not bad for a 28 year old 250 single 4stroke.

    90mph is very nearly 145kph. Just multiply the mph by 1.61 (or, add half
    the mph and then a tenth for a near-enough conversion).
