In an attempt to placate Mrs Cit who is less than impressed that I
intend to rebuild the blade and rde ASAP, I have bought a cage from a
    mate.

Thought insurance was going to be a huge problem -- "zero no claims
bonus" as the advert says. Well for all those who run cages, I
apologise if this is a Ginge, it should be...

Saved myself about £300 against Mrs Cits employers who market
themselves as a Budget Insurance Company.
    Nice one confused.

That is a really rather useful site. Used it myself and found the price
    differences quite striking.

I've used them before and will do again when insurance is next up.
I've also just used them to enquire on prices for a potential new
    purchase too.

The only difference I noticed was between confused's quote and the
real price I got from the company, because they seemed unable to get
my address right. When I phoned up the three cheapest companies, they
were all about £100 more than the online quote and sounded stunned
when I told them the price I'd been given.
