Damn...We didnt make it but half way. Blue Northern blew in right over
Lake Ray Hubbard. Rain, Sleet and Wind was to much. Froze to death on
the way back to Arlington. Put bike in storage until August 1st.

Clutch worked good. Drive shaft works good. Only thing that wasnt
working out that day was the weather.

He wasn't the one who converted the shaft drive to a chain, but he
rode with me. Seems to have worked out well on his part too. I can't
speak for Redshad, but he didn't seem to have had any problems riding
with this new converted up Shadow of mine. There was a stretch of Hwy
114 that I bumped on the throttle and hit 130mph for a 1/2 mile or so.
But after I slowed down, they caught right up to me.

I had my bike in the shop to get a K&N filter and have the mechanic go
through everything to check it all out. I'll be back to pick up the
new tires after the heavy riding I've done. I'll likely be installing
a throttlemeister to go with everything else. I was reading in the
rags and saw a really cool device that wires into the bike and hooks
to the visor on a helmet to give a HUD. I'm thinking about checking
    into getting it.

What's so "idjit" about all this?
