By letting people you know and work with that you too are a rider, you
improve safety for all riders.

Motorcycle awareness by non-riders is known to improve safety on the

Not willing to look

 

I ride to work anyway. In fact, for my current job, the only time I didn't
ride in was two weeks when my horse was in the shop for a very expensive to
repair alternator issue.

I spent those two weeks on public transport. It was a traumatic time, and
I'm trying hard to kick it back into my repressed memory. Now let's never
speak of it again.

In my last job, I either rode in on the motorcycle, or, bicycle. Not quite
the same, but they both have two wheels, so that's close enough for me.
