Riding a 250cc on the freeway?

    I would have thopught that the additional cross sectional area and
    hence wind resistance from the luggage would have caused that, not the
    20kg of extra weight.

    Tay, let me re-word it, my Virago 250 that I bought new in 1991 and did some
    10,000kms on it had a top speed of 120kmh unless I was going downhill with a
    tailwind, now if your Virago 250 had a better top speed, then lucky you.
