    Anyone who is interested.

It's about 8:34am, now. I was planning on saddling up and putting
some miles in by about 9:30ish ~ 10:00ish.

If anyone is interested, drop me an email or reply and I'll try to
    check before we head out.

I think we are heading in the same direction. Mr. Walker will be the
route master today, so wherever he decides to lead us. But I seem to
    recall something about Kerrville.

Don't sweat it, I'll be out that way again, eventually.

Besides, to be quite honest the riding sucked ass today.

No rain in the forecast my ass.

You know....I always like going west....but Nooooooo

Mr. Walker had to go East to his favorite catfish place. And the
worst of it? After getting rained on the whole freaking way....

it was closed. out of business.

    grrr....

  6. i picked up a bunch of roadkillsafari bonii today and am getting more
tomorrow. Marlin, Hare, Angus, Elk, Salmon and more tasty animal named
locations on the riding menu. it was like riding in air conditioning
today, cool broken clouds, no precipitation, temps in the low 70s all
    along the coast. total comfort.

Damn... it's hard to believe that Cajun Catfish closed their doors after
almost fifty years I should have known things were going downhill when they
dropped the "all you can eat" fish from their menu, about ten years ago..

I guess some of those visits to the place, when I put away up to fourteen
fish at a single sitting finally caught up to them.. (chuckle).. Guess they
just never fully recovered from those losses..

Sure was nasty weather.. though.. As bad as I hate to agree with my good
friend Fullstate, in this matter, should've just stayed home.. Ah well.. the
mexican is going to have something else to holler at me about.. gotta spend
some time on the Green Vulcan to get it all cleaned up again.. hmm.. now
that I think about it, wasn't too clean before we commenced this little
    adventure..LOL..

Have a good one Fullstate.. it was good to see you and I'm sure glad that
ol' sore leg is getting so much better..

I'd love to do that, but I have to be in Missouri on Wed. Maybe on
    Tues. or Friday?

Gotta get the bike cleaned up, though.....and we'll have to see what
the weather is going to do.

Yeah, that's too bad. I like the family establishments much better
than the chains that plague our country.
It WAS nasty out. About the time you split off at 408 things got
really hairy. We hit a thermal zone and the rain picked up. I fogged
up so bad I had to get over a few lanes and slow WAY down. I
contemplated pulling off the highway completely, but that didn't seem
    like a great idea either.

My bike is a mess....needs some good old TLC.
Thanks, Bill. I won't say I enjoyed the ride, but I enjoyed the
    experience and the company.

A clean 'Priller is a happy 'Priller. Gives me a chance to closely
inspect the bike for stuff that needs to be done to it. I may try to
wash it this evening if time permits.

I'd love to be a weatherman. Get paid well, and get to be wrong about
60 ~ 70% of the time and you don't even lose your job.

I had an idea for a weather segment: I like to watch NBC5 with
Finfrock. He just cracks me up for some reason. So my idea was
Finfrock vs. the Arthritic Lady. You know, the sweet, 80-year-old
lady with arthritis that predicts the weather from her porch?

So you get the Arthritic Lady's guess as to weather or not it is going
to rain and then you get Finfrock's prediction. See who got the most
right at the end of the year. ;-)

Well, she is not a figure head. Just an idea....but I bet you can
find one that would be willing to do it. Kind of like the Pie Lady on
    Jay Leno.
Yeah, I now have a wrist / hand, a knee, and an ankle to help me
    predict the weather. ;-)

I could have sworn I explained it.

It's an Aprilia Falco. I just say 'Priller as Texas slang for
    "Aprilia."

It's the other Italian Superbike manufacturer.

Actually, while I know there are others in the area - I have never
seen another one on the road except in California.

LOL - that Futura is a nice bike. I like 'em, too. But, if I was
going to buy a sport touring bike I'd probably have to go with the
1300FJR. I hear it screams.....and can wheelie in 2nd gear fully
    loaded. :-D

For a big sport bike, I always liked the blackbird by Honda. I guess
it was the CBR1100XX. That was one more cool assed bike! My second to
that would be the 1100 Ninja that Kawasaki made.

Other than those, I like the Falco like yours and that's about it for
sportbikes. I've always been someone who likes everything big and
    bulky...

Careful about the Freudian(sp?) comments...it could go toward the
    female gender part. :)
