  2. you'd think Biaggi switching machines would
    have made more news...
if he doesn't wad it could this be a podium?
what's up with Rossi way down here? (not that
he coldn't still win from here, but does
this mean that maybe the long straights are
    favoring the Hondas?
looks interseting, lets hope for a good
    race.

Could this be the race Nicky has been waiting for? As many here here have
    predicted.
His morning times this week have been some of the fastest and most
    consistent.
What amazes me is the "stones", Roberts uses them too. They(Bridgestone)
have come a long way, in just a couple of years. Tire wars, I love it! The
top seven qualifiers all in the 48's, looks like the "fireworks" will start
early tomorrow. (11 am or so EST.) Did anyone check KR's fuel? He was pretty
quick in FP1 but damn, I would've lost that bet! He's ran strong at this
track before, won a couple too (Well, once for sure ), I just would never
had thought he'd be on the pole with a 48.4...Max on a Yam???(typo I would
    assume)

BTW- To my 'merkin' friends, have a happy and safe 4th. but remember,
    freedom "ain't free."
