    Too much integrity Zebee?

    Really.

Once again your illusion of superiority takes over.

Sounds fine, in my case I got a speeding ticket in the mail for one of the
cars I own (at the time I had 3 cars and 4 motorcycles registered in my
name) it was Christmas time and we had guests from overseas staying with us,
the car in question was available for general use by 5 different people at
the time and the location of the alleged speeding fine was between my home
and the local major shopping centre.

The ticket arrived 3 weeks after the alleged event.

The only information I had as to the possible driver was that it was not me,
and it was one of 5 people all of which had returned home to South America.
I contacted the police who told me that I had to nominate the driver as it
was my responsibility to keep a log of who was driving (riding) all my
vehicles at all times. After a long discussion the officer advised me to
nominate one of my guests who had left the country as it would be too hard
to collect the money and the tickets that were not "Profitable" to collect
were destroyed. I followed the officers advice that was the end of the
    matter.

It is my view that it is my legal right to retain my rights to not
incriminate myself, and it is the responsibility of the police to prove the
alligation of speeding. It is my standard practice to contest all tickets as
I dispute the accuracy of many of the methods used in this country to detect
(estimate) speed. The last time I contested a speeding fine (63 kph in a 50
kph zone) I was successful in contesting the accuracy of the device and the
    judge reduced the penalty.

If you wish to plead guilty, and you know that you are guilty that's is
fine, if you cannot recall who was driving (riding) at the time the photo
was taken it is my view that the matter should be disputed.

Lie to the "Police" heaven forbid, I would never do that, refuse to answer
their questions, that is just good policy.

Lane splitting is not illegal in Queesland, but some police will book you
    for other offences to compensate.

  4. In the words of the copper lane splitting is 'not illegal' but it is illegal
to ride in two lanes at once i.e on the line, cross lanes without
indicating, pass to the left of a moving vehicle etc.

Exactly, however some coppers have booked riders in Queensland for those
offences whilst lane splitting even though those particular offences were
not committed. How can you prove you did not ride the line?

My policy try to aviod being pulled over, and if pulled over admit to
nothing (Qld coppers carry a small tape recourder in their top pocket) so
admit to nothing, Name & Address is all that is required.
