I had a superb track day at Rockingham (Superbike Circuit) with No Limits on
Friday. First time on a track in several years, and God I've missed it.
Despite reading a few negative comments about the circuit and Rockingham as
a whole, I liked the layout (interesting doing an anticlockwise lap) and
thought the facilities compared fine to other tracks I've been to. No Limits
were nice and relaxed in their approach too - only one of my sessions got
red flagged, and we were back out again in about 5 minutes.

There's an onboard video of one of my better laps here, if anyone's
    interested (go easy - it's only a ShiteOld600):

You were on track with the race bike I spanner - the yellow and black
ZX6R ridden by Danny Imberg, one of the instructors who was there. I
think he also took his dad's RD350LC out and broke the crank.

Ooh - I saw that RD350 (assuming it was the only one there) and had a good
    drool.

Danny's dad rebuilt it from a wreck. He's 64 yrs old and seriously fast
    - he laps Mallory at 1:02 on an early 1970s 350K4 Honda. I can only
    just get under a minute on a 2003 ZX6R
