"The Older Gentleman" muttered I have, but he was Diplomatic Protection. And there is a City Plob bike cop who's known to be a miserable git. AND, there's also a guy that rides a red ST1100 with an X prefix plate into the city. Dresses like plod, but no markings on bike or kit. Had him down as a wannabe, but he does seem to be for real. He's a very arsey git indeed. Seems to like to entice you into doing something so
Gah... there I was last week, going about my usual business in Dover, when I noticed a white pan behind me - rider had a white lid, yellow flourescent jacket. As we went right at a set of lights, I noticed the bike had flourescent yellow and blue checks on the side of the panniers. Anyway, until I had cause to stop at the side of the road, (where I then noticed it was on a H plate, without words like 'filth' plastered upon it as it tootled past), it made me drive like a nun. FWIW, I think it's quite sad someone apparently gets their kicks in this way.
