The roads in Chonburi are absolutely chaotic with lots of crazy people
riding 125's and zipping in and out of traffic, sometimes with four or five
on the bike. They bump against each other and the cars jostling for space.

I went for a ride in a Tok-Tok today, a kind of motorised rickshaw that will
wheelie if there are two of you in the back. I was with one of the surgical
staff who speaks engrish. I notice one little 125 bike with a little boy on
the front of the petrol tank, his little sister sitting next to him. Dad had
his arms outstretched on the controls. Behind him was another little girl,
then there was mum riding side-saddle carry a little baby. I turned to the
girl with me and said that looks very unsafe. She said "it's OK the baby has
a towel over her head to keep the sun off."

I have never felt better, despite the pain.

It's a strange intense pain. The best way to describe it is like this:
Imaging being kicked in the nuts really hard, now add to that the pain you
get if you catch the end of your penis in your zip, really hard. Now finally
add to that someone sticking an eight inch spike into your stomach through
you balls but they keep wiggling it for 4 hours a day for the next six
months. Yet despite all that I am so happy.

I'd have prefered it if you'd stopped there.

Whilst I've no issues with what you've done or why you've done it, I'd
prefer not to have to read any gory details, thanks.

Generally, not when it comes to saving lives, etc. I just don't like
the idea of a procedures that seem really barbaric, I'm exactly the same
when cosmetic surgery programmes are on TV.

Plus I was eating some profiteroles, and had 2 of them in the little
bowl.. Staring at me like a pair of off-chopped bollocks they were.

Have they given any indication of how long it'll be before all the 'phontom
