    St. Catherine of Siena says,
"When mankind looks at the sun it is
obvious that the sun is being held in place by
a Power beyond human power. The same
understanding goes for the moon. It would be
illogical for man to suppose that either of
these great planets could be held in place by
    man’s knowledge, man’s human abilities."

REVELATION DELIVERED THROUGH FRANCES M. KLUG
    ON JUNE 30,1997 AT 2:04 P.M.

    SAINT CATHERINE OF SIENA

“I am Saint Catherine of Siena. What is
occurring is a spiritual dilemma that could be
compared to an earthquake in man’s terms.

There are so many factors entering into
the truths in spiritual understanding that are
diabolical in substance, shattering love for
The Divine and catering to humanism as a
stable ground, wherein humanism is far from
stable because there are so many areas in
which it is fumbling, cracking, and becoming
an obstacle of confusion, based on demonic
acceptance by so many who feel that they are
    authorities on Divine Ways.

When mankind looks at the sun it is
obvious that the sun is being held in place by
a Power beyond human power. The same
understanding goes for the moon. It would be
illogical for man to suppose that either of
these great planets could be held in place by
    man’s knowledge, man’s human abilities.

Now let me speak about the Soul that
every human being is the custodian of. Logic
should tell every degree of mentality of
mankind that human life has the ability to do
so many things, in so many ways, for so many
reasons, and that human life then must be
special because of its ability to choose right
from wrong, good from evil, and to become
learned in many ways, on many subjects; also,
to be able to make decisions regarding their
    physical, their moral.

All that mankind is points only to one
positive answer, and that is that mankind was
created as a higher being than any other
living thing, and that it is obvious because of
this that mankind has a future, a Goal, that
    nothing else has.

It is innate in mankind to reach for
goals of many dimensions, in many subjects,
so through this Gift of The Father’s Love,
mankind is being reminded that human life
was created to reach for the Highest Goal, and
that is Sainthood for the Soul that is received
at the moment of every human conception.
    So be it.”

How can the nonexistent be useless? The act of "being useless" would
mean it exists. No gods exist, ergo all conversations about god's
    attributes are oxymoronic.

Do try to keep up, Doug. ;-)

George - about Knobdribble - if he thinks he's god, it means he thinks
he doesn't exist. I would not be surprised by that at all. The obese
often try to overcompensate by inventing myths negating their
    existence.

Whilst I agree with the sentiment I have to fault the reasoning. Typical
uses are "tits on a bull" and perhaps ashtray on a motorbike. Both
non-existent (oh - go on then - show me!) but perfect examples of
    useless things.

I'm sure there are many other examples of non-existent things
(electricity in a Lucas dynamo springs to mind) which would be useless.

Nigel, Nigel, Nigel... I'm disappointed in you.

[1] Bulls _do_ have tits. They are just not developed. hence they
are useless. But what is useless is something that exists i.e. tits
    on a bull.

[2] Similarly, nothing prevents one putting an ashtray on a
motorcycle. It's just that it's generally agreed that it would be a
    useless thing to do.

Neither of those examples are similar to the absolute declaration that
    no gods exist.

Such declarations do not claim (as in the case fo bulls/tits) that
gods exist but are useless because they are under-developed.

Nor do they claim (as in the case of ashtrays on bikes) that gods
_could_ exist in certain situations but would be useless if used in
    those situations.

Clearly you are trying to do a "apples= oranges" thing here.

    Bzzzzzzzzt... Epic fail. ;-)

Damn... I can't understand that reply.
I'm gonna' have to dig out the BBB DVD and watch it as I feel I've failed my
    aus.moto!
(I've had the DVD in my bookcase for a year but I haven't actually watched
it yet! I saw the movie 20 years ago on VHS though.)

We make all new recruits watch it. Try another Rolf de Heer movie,
"Alexandra's Project." Don't let the missus see it though.
