No idea, probably didn't have one (it seems unlikely).

(again) not 'my creator'... 'my hypothetical possible creator'.

You could argue that just shifts the creator issue from our universe to
the cosmic all (and you'd be right), but that doesn't mean it isn't
possible that our universe had a creator it just means that the cosmic
all didn't have one.

That sentence just kinda appeals to me.

 

If (and only if) the result is a pure quantum state then there would be
an exception to the law of conservation of mass/energy (it's not clear
who's correct yet).

If there is one exception to the rule there may be others.
