  1. Is massive, polluted, and I'm tired. But, but, but, this is *definitely*
the spiritual home of the CG125. They are *everywhere* :))

Aye - I spent a week there on business a couple of years back. Quite
frightening the rich/poor divide there. I was sat in a bar drinking with
work colleagues one night, and five year-old kids were running up to me
trying to sell me things, while women pushed barrow-loads of scrap down the
street. All this while being surrounded by shiny modern tower blocks.

And the traffic is murder - what few lane markings are left visible on the
roads are habitually ignored, *everyone* drives an inch off the bumper of
the car in front, and the horn is used in lieu of indicators.

Did you get to a 'Baby Beef' restaurant? They're fantastic.

They're a barbeque-style restaurant, where the meat is bought out on giant
skewers, and they carve chunks off at your table. Just about every cut of
the cow is available, and it's eat-as-much-as-you-can (for about a fiver).
They also have a big selection of buffet food to go with it.

  5. This I have noted already, on the taxi run in from the airport. And the
way the bikes filter is terrifying - and I'm used to riding in
    London....
Not yet. Might see if there's one near me tonight. Thanks for the
    heads-up.

Should I raise the Latin European Pride flag?
