Since the weather is going to be nice this Saturday, I am thinking about
riding to Yankees to get a burger. Maybe some of you folks could manage a
ride with me or meet me there.

Austin forecast for Saturday: 72, partly cloudy.

What time you going to get there?

Where is this "Yankees" you speak of?

Or should I just follow a silver Wing?

You know you can't follow anyone for long. So I will give you the link to
the place. They have good burgers and fries.

If you can"t make it this time, there will be another. Take care of yourself
cause summer is coming up with a lot of good riding to be done. Maybe we can
    pile in on Bjay

And if you look at the "menu" page, they list the address as FM 244,
    Carlos, TX.

It's west of Huntsville, just north of the intersection of TX 30 and FM
    244.

No, that's bullshit! You know what happens when I pull out in front
    and take the lead.

    I'll follow you!

Hey Jailcall, wanna break in the new year withg a ride?

I'll be leaving Austin about 10:30, going pretty much straight there, and
taking back roads on the way home.

I know you'll find this hard to believe, but I don't think
so. It's too cold, unless riding a GW.

    But thanks, for the request.

You need a better excuse than that. Here's Yahoo weather for Saturday:

"Saturday: Windy with mostly cloudy skies. High 69F. Winds SSW at 15 to
    25 mph."

That's Dallas, Austin's high Saturday is to be 74 F.

Perhaps, if you would ride the nekkid Valkyrie for close
to 3 hours each way, probably at 80mph, you'd see it
    quite differently. <g>

If you don't have enough clothes to stay warm at 70+ degrees, get in your
    car and come down.

Yeah, I did think of that. It would certainly be a much
more comfortable ride, and at ~7500 miles for a 42
month vehicle, it certainly needs the driving.

==I'd shore' like too, Bill! However it is a little ''fer'' for me.
It is about 275 to College station, and Carlos is ''close'' by, as I
look at my Rally McMann map (grin). This aint a good time of the year
for a 550 or more one days ride for me....not enough daylight, not too
mention ''it is cold ass'' around 430 pm on..this time of year. I
do indeed want to get one of them yankee hamburgers, some
    time......===Mr.JayT (bjay)
