Screw loose

It's time for a cheesy old joke - I have a screw loose! Here's a

The lower screw should be flush with the bone, apparently. So,

Hmm. For some inexplicable reason I sat through Ocean's 12 the other
night, and one of the many negative points of the film was that CZ-J
now has a fat arse.

I had a *tight* screw taken out under local. You know how a wood screw
can "squeak" when it's really tight? That's exactly how it felt getting
the screw out of my leg. Nothing to it.
