That would just lower him to the same level as Biaggi in SBK...
Whereas being nice sets him up to do exactly trhe same as Mellandri
did the other week. (Assuming the bike is sorted enough.)

More interesting though is what happend to Edwards engine. Could be an
    ominous sign for yamaha.

    Fuel pump packed in.

    Wouldn't call that particularly ominous.

Stoner's bike wasn't running, and no-one helped to get him back in the
race. I'm not a fan of the guy, but had I been in that position, I'd be
right fucked off with the marshalls who were more interested in patting
    Rossi on the back.

The photo of him applauding Rossi seems fair enough too.

Standard practice, isn't it? Last thing they want is the engine running
while it ploughs through the gravel sucking up shit.

They're also limited in number - **** one and that's potentially the
rest of your engines running in a lower state of tune for the rest of
    the season.

They all seem to go for the kill switch. In Spies's case, he ran back to
    the bike to kill it.

Perhaps. Given my sarcastic tendencies, I could see myself doing the very
    same thing.

I've drawn my own conclusions. No need to chip in. :)

The riders seem to think it's pretty entertaining...

RT @BradleySmith38: Have to agree with both @leoncamier and @chazdavies.

RT @chazdavies: This has got to be one of the best pics I've seen for a
    while. Maybe all time.... http://twitpic.com/4gubm9

Crutchlow and Simoncelli have both grumbled about the lack of assistance
from marshals and Lorenzo's criticised their handling of the
    Rossi/Stoner incident.

    Still, it's all good fun.

Yep, he is, but Biaggi takes the biscuit to me. Melandri should have butted
the big nosed bald pissflap for slapping him the other week.

Biaggi slapped Melandri? What on earth for?

    <edit>

Okay. Googled. Biaggi is such a pussy...

In Italy a slow slap like the one Biaggi gave Melandri is considered a
bit of an insult not a punishment; by doing so the slapper is telling
the slappee he should show a little more respect. Personally I'd have
chinned the **** as soon as the hand came up.

I think just going out and utterly pasting him in both races is far
better than a punch in the chops.
