Got some spam today, at an an address that I only used once, at MCN
website. It said "Hello. I'm writing to ask you to spare a few moments
to have a look at the all-new Performance Bikes magazine." The
unsubscribe address was:
http://www.processrequest.com/quickstart/LeadCapture/Display_LeadCapture.asp?etc,etc.

pisstaking cunts i call em. Will the font of all knowledge (and net
retribution) please kill them instantly, or at least make them stand,
naked, on a box with a bag on their heads holding some wires.

If you only used it once then add a mail rule to block that address. Job
done.
