Sounds like a plan ... although it is a bit of a long row up to your
    place ;-)

Don't you bloody start - at this rate it'll be a minibus with a towhook
and a load of booze between the seats. Actually, now I think about it;)

It's Germany - the more people there are to decamp in different
directions, the less likely he is to be caught & sent to prison for
driving a car whilst having ginger hair.

  6. Badoomtish. Seriously though, I'd happily meet you somewhere in the
south if you want some company, or someone to split the driving,
    enhance the drinking, or whatever.

  8. Most likely he wouldn't. He might like some company though, but my
point was more that he might provide continuation and conclusion of
what may well be the longest (duration) UR job yet.

He and Colin understood, so all is well.

I had an email from my cousin a week ago. He's hoping the whisky will
be ready early December. I've not said anything here as we don't yet
have final prices, although he's confident they won't exceed the
earlier estimates. Once we have prices I'll collect money and confirm
    the orders.

It's all getting delivered to friends of his in Oxford, so I'll be
looking for a volunteer to collect it and hold it pending UR
arrangements. I might be able to adjust the price so that said
volunteer won't be out of pocket. We're talking five 6-bottle cases in
    total ATM.

Indeed. However, with my record for sitting on the stuff, prolly best
to get another volunteer - a sober, upright citizen, with a long and
honourable history of avoiding strong drink ...

Not sure about that. You're close enough for me to come and get mine pre
Christmas. Plus I need my Sprint recall work done....
