Is it just me, or dose anyone else read the back page of 'Truck and
    Driver' magazine at WH Smith?

You're not one of those irritating types that goes to WHS and treats it
    like a library are you?

That really annoys you does it?
But no, I usually buy my my magazines, although not many nowadays.
I certainly won't be buying Truck and Driver magazine for a fuckin'
    cartoon.

  6. Funny, I would have thought fuckin' cartoons would be the prime reason
for the readership to buy it.

Not so much now, but when I only had a limited lunch time in which to
dash out to the shops etc. it could be a mite annoying. Once in the
branch at the St. Paul's end of Cheapside (branch gone now) they were
three-deep and the manager said that policy forbad him from moving them
    on.

Can't remember the last time I managed to get to shops.

I've been trying to get to the bank for over a month to pay in a
(relatively) sizeable cheque; it's not been possible and for some reason
my latest fucking bank card doesn't open the lobby door to use the 24
    hour service.

I miss working in a town centre and having time to wander around at
    lunchtime.

I thought of Shobba when I saw that Vincent chop in this month's BSH.
