Should people who drive cars have the right to replace their airbag with
shrapnel or hook up another apparatus so if they get rear ended it results
in immediate death? Because that is pretty much what riding without a helmet
does on a motorcycle..results in so many unnecessary injuries, induces more
trauma on paramedics, friends, family and the person who hit you (imagine
feeling you were responsible for *killing* a motorcyclist who if they were
wearing helmet would have only sustained minor injuries!)

  6. Why stop there, lets also relegate bikes to private property only.
    Statistics certainly back it.

Helmets should be a choice... but before the choice is made... Learning how
to ride with your head out of your ass should be manditory. If you can't
ride without your head out of your ass, then put a helmet on... it'll help a
    bunch!!

I would live with it,why would killing a motorcyclist cause more grief than
killing an average driver??? Shitty argument if you asked me...

Life is a sexually transmitted terminal disease. I think
what we need to ban is obvious.

  18. Just think T-Voss... if everyone did choose a helmet... there would
never be a need for a helmet law in California... it's a crying shame
too... the more the bare headed crowed battled government not to pass
it... the more fuel they unwittingly gave to the politicians to pass it...

So I blame our bare headed biker trash in California for the helmet
law... whereas every helmeted rider did there part to stop the law...

I personally think ANY choice should be made after being aware to the entire
fact-load of research and statistics collected through the years about
motorcycle accidents - with & without helmets...

and of curse , wavering the expenses of the state on medical care being
multiplied a few times as a result of the severity of the injuries of non
    helmet-wearing-motorcyclists...

(should see who agrees to these here terms)
    my opinion anyways...
