Seems strange that someone who cant afford to pay his legal costs (£38k
outstanding since March), is running what seems to be an extremely
profitable net based business, buying pallet loads of surplus stock and
selling it on Ebay!

Is this something that the court should be informed of, or is it OK for
shysters such as bunt to be allowed to waste other peoples time and money,
and for him to get away with this entirely?

Certainly wouldnt buy from this prick on Ebay............unless of course I
wanted to get fucked over!

bunt commonly rips people off with shoddy computor equipment, so it is most
certainly relevant to UK comp adverts...............

It is not as simple as that. I know very little about this case in question
but speaking generally this is what can happen.


Mr Nutter a man being one of the one percent of the population who has the
terrible misfortune to suffer from a serious mental illness, decides that
you have defamed him.

He intitiates legal procedings against you. You are then forced to defend
those proceedings and like a sensible chap you employ lawyers to help you.

After a while a judge decides that Mr Nutter's arguments have no merit what
so ever and throws out the case. THe judge decides that, since the case was
malicious frivolous, insane , unreasonable or what ever , orders Mr Nutter
to pay you costs. He then pleads poverty and you are seriously out of
pocket despite being an entirely innocent man who did nothing to warant
being sued.
