Yep, I reckon you're right. Also erred by trying to represent himself, and
to address the case as a huge watershed for UK law and the interweb. If
he'd just hired a lawyer to go after the 3x individuals for simple libel,
he'd have likely enjoyed an 'open & shut' win - IMHO, IANAL etc.

he made to the court, suggesting he would be able to pay court costs!
