The other quite sad and pathetic issue that seems to have resulted from this
is that at least one of the 3 defendants, instead of having the intelligence
of thinking "Phew that was close, better think twice about being a wanker on
usenet in the future" have taken the throwing out of the case as carte
blanch to continue their campaign of libellous defamation against Bunt.
Thereby losing almost any sympathy from the neutrals in the groups he is
crossposting this irrelevant drivel to.

 

Actually bunts claim were doomed to failure from the outset...............he
had no proper evidence to verify the identity of those he claims were taking
the piss out of him, and other than handlecocks who admitted the part he had
played, he would have drawn a complete blank had the matter ever gone to
trial!

It looks like he still hasn't understood the judge's report. He hasn't
got off. The ISPs got off. He is guilty not only of libel, but
contempt of court too.
