Well it would be if I was using one. Here I'll make a temporary one.

    '89 R100RS '96 Bandit12 in Black wiv nice bits

It can be seen here www.photobox.co.uk/album/1788003
Arm is 916, front end is ZX9, exhaust by Zorstec.
Engine is a Holeshot stage3 with raised comp. and 144bhp rear wheel.
I have all the paperwork and it's done 8000 miles since new.
Even unfaired (I shall put something on though) it was way better on
the back/neck than the Gixxer when keeping the speed down to an 80ish
    cruise.
    Fun it is......lots.

The ride up from FJ's (thanks Mark!) got a bit interesting. Passing
the on-ramp to Burton in Kendal services I was aware of a lot of lorry
tyre debris on the road. Slowed from a 120 dash to 80 but immediately
felt the rear go strange. Clutched it and felt the chain let go, it
was able to coast right into the services off-ramp, leaving no more
than a 50 yard push. Auntie Carole had me in Glasgow for a next day
    chain replacement 5 hours later.

I recovered the old chain and it has a fair size kink in it. There was
also some rear sprocket damage. I guess it could have been a bit of HT
wire reinforcing (from a tyre shard). The cases and arm survived
unscathed, thankfully, but the clutch pushrod was KO'd. A B&Q paint
roller donated a very nice piece of chromed steel rod just the right
size! The chain guard was bent but recoverable having done a sterling
    job.

Are you in need of any paddock stand bobbins, engine
    protectors...anything like that?

    Niiice.

Now if only someone would crash a ZZR1200 so I could nick the cams we
    could play an interesting game.

    I know.....

Judge, as you're posting again will you write your bike off for me
please? Go on, you don't *have* to die or anything and it's all for a
    good cause.

    Nicer ;-)
I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on screens, as I shall have to
    do similar.

From the pictures, you may have a problem at MOT time - it appears to
be in possession of a pillion seat - but no footrests.

Now that does look like fun, there's a trackday at Kirkistown on Sunday Hog.
Weather permitting its the time the Blade made an appearance.

Latest on the NIP front is they sent me an offer of a speed awareness course
in Warwickshire or £60 & 3 points. Sent my licence and cheque off but had
both returned today with a thanks for your attempted payment but we'll refer
you to our prosecutions dept for court proceedings.

I quite like the look, that 9R front is from a B model and they are
reputed to be one of the nicest set of stock forks ever fitted to a
    standard motorcycle.

Snot nice when it falls to bits on it's maiden voyage is it?
Inconsiderate I calls it. Get it fixed and give it a damn good
thrashing within an inch of the edge of it's tyres. You can do it I am
    sure.

Well it handles and pretty well, damping is a bit hard though.
    £3100 on fleabay.
Over the odds for a stocker but IMHO a steal for the cash that this
    had spent on it

They do seem like good forks and enough for the frame I expect. Most
importantly on such a bike....the look the part
