    It's blue.
Appears to be very clean and tidy. I trust the sellers (my local bike
    shop). Nice laser exhaust system

Oh WT*F* am I trying to kid? I need a bike for Monday, my choices were
    of 1.

Today I am feeling very emotional about not having a Triple

I've got too much on my plate to read every post here. Especially the
    ones about bikes.

If and when you get sick of the howl from the exhaust[1][2], I have a
spare standard one sitting her. Yours for not very much at all.

[1] This is assuming yours is one of the better looking pre-K models.
[2] I got sick of the Scorpion race can within a few days. At moderate
speeds the fucking thing sounded like a Stuka on its bomb run.

I think I may well get sick of the bike first, but thanks all the same.
Pre-K? No idea, it's a T reg if that helps.

AFAIAC it's a bike form people I trust at a price I could handle and
could be ready for close of business today. But by god it's not a Speed
    Triple :(

No, I think it should be quite straightforward. I'm just off to slash
my wrists now, no point in waiting I feel :(

But if you only read the bike related posts, it shouldn't take more than
    about 10 minutes a month.

They do what they're built to do quite well. I like mine and some days
ride it in preference to the Triumph. Like you said though, they're
nowhere near as nice as the triple.
Pre-K model then. This exhaust will fit.

I should really reserve judgement until I've ridden more than 2 miles.
Out of interest, what's the tank range?
Cheers. The fitted one appears to be a full stainless Laser.

I've never managed to get any more than 110 miles to a tank from mine,
but I'm not kind to it and it is a touch knackered at 70ishK miles. I
suppose you should be able to better that if you're not cruising at
    100mph everywhere.
Standard downpipes are stainless with a mild steel section coming out of
the collector box. That's where they rust, but they can be welded for
around 40 quid. I had mine done by Derren at Gibson Exhausts in Romford.

**** I hope so. I really don't want to be filling it twice a day
Looks stainless all the way through, but I'll have a better look, maybe.

    Anything else I should know?

    Cheers
