That is one *ugly* fucking motorcycle though. Then again the ZZR1200
    wasn't much better.
    Nippy though!

they look quite nice new. I saw a bloke drop his at ~0.0001mph over at
Finsbury Circus, and when he picked it up, it looked *fucked*. It
seems to be designed in such a way that when it's on its side, ever
    panel scrapes.

You're one of the few that'll get a "yes" to that!

I've seen several with crash bobbins on, so I suspect you're right.

It's actually Midnight Blue - in sunlight it has blue specks in it.
It's really quite smart, but a bugger (i.e. expensive) to repaint I'd
    imagine!

I think it was that that steered it straight through the committee.

I'm sure he will be careful but the breakers always have a few ZZR1400
write offs. Mostly at ~30mph. So much plastic breaks and it's so
    expensive.

I was when they first came out. I ended up as I did with the Hayabusa
    - got used to it, plus I think the dark colours work much better.
The former certainly, even while running in. The latter we find out in
    August.
    Ta!
