Well she thought it was fine at a standstill (NEC). Motion will have
to wait until next week when she's back.

<g> Pat takes the credit/blame for much of it - we seem to bring out
    the worst in each other.

Very nice - I think that's a nice change from the Ace.

I must say, I am tempted with one of those - however once a Suzuki
boy... so the 'Busa would probably 'win' if I give in to a super-
tourer. Worringly, there are quite a few second hand ones in the shop
    up the road.

That said, I'm strangely tempted by the new Honda CB1000R ... and it's
likely to be (a very tiny bit) more practical for day to day use here.

It's all moot though as imminent marriage means no chance of a bike
    for ages :)

Enjoy the new bike - I reckon you'll both love it and if not, just go
    faster to get there quicker!

    Good god, a mini-bokker!

How the devil are you, old chap? Still enjoying the blanket 40MPH limit?

She's the nearest I'll ever get to a threesome.

Thanks Dan - nice to see you're still around.
    Heh. Have we met her?
Sensible policies for a happier Britain.

Aye, you'll be wanting rid of those ginge-strips before long ;-)

35 / 25, and yes, aside from the no bike bit :( :)

That said, they shut the coast road the other day for a sprint -
143mph from a 'Busa. Amusingly, they cover up the granite bits with
old tyres in black bin bags - I think they're more to protect the
    granite than the people.

All in good time. I suspect it won't be too difficult on 014s.

You never know what's lurking just below the surface...
I'm not sure - some people have - it's the same one as the past seven
    years.

    It costs. Sometimes lots.

    Sometimes not, of course.

    Cost - plain and simple.

Wedding, honeymoon etc all combined would have paid for both a ZZR and
a Hayabusa with possibly a second hand GSX-R for the odd trip out.

Quite proud to say we are paying the lot cash - no credit at all -
    still a sizeable figure though!
