Indeed, but sounded vay naice with a power robbing Piper 3 into 1.
I've had 2 XS750s. The second one didn't really bring back the good ole
    days...

A nice page about three old bikes. The Triumph Triple I'm thinking about
is the mid 1990s version... found any good pages about those?

Did he write this about it? :

"History: This model pointing out the sport bikes the Seventies, the
Speed Triples 900 (whose name takes as a starting point that of the Twin
Speed) is presented in 1993. It is in fact Daytona 900 that one would
have stripped. Its frame is identical, except for the clamps of Nissin
brakes to 4 pistons on the nose gear wheel. The half-handlebars were
slightly modified, and the selection of 6th removed at the beginning (it
appears that the pinion is always in limps). 6th was added into 96. At
the beginning delivered exclusively with bracelets under the t-piece
superiors, much were modified to adopt the half-handlebars of the Sprint
(with the top of the t-piece), even a broad handlebar."

It could almost have come from a 1970 Suzuki handbook :)
