Slightest bit of snow

Anglia TV are reporting on the big freeze of 1947, just because we've
had one snow fall over the whole winter, which has all but melted away
already.

Ffs, you'd have thought there was more going on in the flatlands to keep
the reporting crews happy.

Don't know how long you've lived in the Anglia area, but since the
floods of 1953 there has been nothing of significance to report. That is
why I stay!!
Mind...... I don't often watch the news.... I just need to know what's
happening in the field behind the house(1) and what the weather is like
as I leave home (so I can pre-pack relevant riding gear).
Shallow- yes. Ignorant- of lots of things. Ill-educated- BSc; MA;
working towards PhD. Lout- can be. Life skills- more than most.....
worked for Government Depts.; National Security; seen, been and done
more than most of the population and have several local drinking buddies
with similar qualities.
Perhaps we keep our heads down so we go unnoticed by people like you!

(1)Fox has been getting the chickens.... just need to find out where the
thing is getting in

 

I dunno ... I seem to remember a little news about a few prostitutes
dissapearing and then re-appearing quite recently.
