It's mounted inside the seat unit on the right side of the bike, with
the RMV mounted just aft of the reg-rec on the left side. The feed pipe
to the RMV from the Lubetube goes across under the rear light. From the
RMV the pipework travels along the subframe to under the tank and then
splits to the vacuum take-off and to the rear sprocket. It's all very
    neat, do you want photos?

I thought you had a Lubetronic. Totally different thing, poor man's
    Scottoiler.

I was going to say, I do 250 miles a week on the FJ, and usually refill
the tank every 3 weeks in the summer, and 2 weeks in the winter [1].

Oh, and use chainsaw oil too, it a fraction of the cost of Scottoil
    stuff.

[1] I usually increase the flow a bit with the salt on the roads,
especially up here in the Norf.

I fixed it. I dumped her and told her not to phone me. So far so good.

    Hi

I was pondering this once and was sufficiently dull to post my detailed
solution here. I'm too computer incompetent to post a link so search
for "platypus" and "scottoiler" in this group if you want to see what I
did to increase capacity (for £3.99). I've not filled it in 8,000
miles, and that's with the Scotoiller dual nozzle drip rate hight
enough to coat the rear of the bike, any luggage or pillion and quite
possible the rear tyre in oil everytime I go out (not had to adjust the
chain in those 8k miles either)
