    Yes, it is.

I have to make it look as though I'm doing something ;-)

I don't think she'd know where the right switch was.

Yeah, you have to look carefully in the mirror to spot the inadvertent
    wash/wipe.

No snow, a little frost earlier, but now it's fucking gorgeous. Clear blue
sky, sun, and no wind. I'm think I'm in the Bahama's

Wrong council, if you do have to try to be clever.

Maybe you should turn your boots down a notch.

<g> I did that once - much to my daughter's amusement. "That showed
    him, Dad!".

Heh. I've had a little chance to play around with the R36 on an icy
carpark now - most amusing, it is, both with and without the ESP
turned off. TBH I'm impressed with how well it (the ESP) reacts to
slides, regaining control with a minimum of fuss unless you're
    _really_ trying hard :)

  18. Well here's a weird one. 3 days ago we got snow on top of the mountain
I live under in Hobart, Tasmania. In the middle of summer. Hobart is a
seaport but snow was still coming down to the 300 metre mark. The same
day this was happening, in Perth, Western Australia, it was 39°C. Go
figure. (Yeah, OK - Perth is something like 3000km away, but still...)

Very nice it was too, watching the delivery vans slip and slide into my
road... while waiting for my taxi to slip and slide it's way to me.

I'm running 'em in using the "thrash the bollocks off them" method, so I
    can't.
