I won't find out until next week, but I didn't get one last year and I
don't expect one this year neither.

+7.5% for me, believe it or not. Plus bonus of 5% of salary, if we reach
targets. Looks like we'll hit them for 2009, which is good news.

Payrise was only about 2% but the bonus was more like 8%. Which was
nice.

 

No rise or bonus for a couple of years now. But the reduction in
interest rates is saving me 920 quid/month compared to 18 months ago so
I'm not complaining.

Well, techincally, it was negative.

There was no increment from Sun before I left, then I was redundant and
now I am EKS paying myself a pittance.

I actually did quite nicely in the spring - 10% or thereabouts.
Next year is more likely to be around zero

 

Here in the cold hard world of engineering it's 600 quid ex-gratia paid
before Christmas and 2% in March, although our due date for a rise was in
august 2009 and it isn't backdated.

I made more out of being a shareholder.
