A127/A130 interchange and there is matey just finished picking himself
up after falling off a diesel slick and plod just arrived putting out
the signs.

I stop to see if I can be of any help.

and have stopped to see if my Brother Motorcyclist needs any help in

Matey is all right, he was going slow enough that his CB bounced,
mostly. Spilt the chain though which we thought was odd.

Turns out the poor sod didn't have accident recovery, only breakdown and
they told him 85 quid plus mileage or **** off. He opted to pay.

Plod comes back and starts taking details and as matey was a bit more
together I fucked off.

"Now you take good care of him officer and see he comes to no harm.
Goodbye"

"Erm yes Reverent, I'll make sure he is fine. Goodbye, have a nice day"


The diesel was not easy to see and if it hadn't been matey then it could
easily have been one of the dozen or more bikes that came through there
in the five minutes I was around.
