    DVLA 0 : Hog 1

    They couldn't manage themselves out of a paper bag. Had the debt collection
    agency on for a bike exported to Ireland 9 months ago.
    At least the telephone helpline understands they are hopeless and folds at
    the first.

    That is all.

    On the subject of SORN and the DVLA,
    I had to SORN a car at the end of July as the MOT had expired.
    If I tax it now from 1st September, am I legal to drive it before then?

    I was OK driving it to the MOT station twice last week.
    I don't know about the exhaust centre but I didn't see any plod
    and I can't remember if it was that day I passed a camera van....

    Is that really a serious question?
    You don't need tax if you're driving to a pre-booked MOT.
    That isn't a pre-booked MOT.
