Dunno whether this is a consideration, but I went to Melbourne about 3 years ago to buy another bike. I was happy with my Blackbird but had to sell it due to the wonderful thing that is called divorce. I decided that I wanted another Blackbird and would get a blue injected one this time. I rode a few bikes but turned up at a dealer who had a busa there. I took it for a ride and was hooked. I had hated the styling of the things when they first came out. That awful (to me) bronze and silver scheme did nothing to flatter it either. But I bought it. Got home (back to Tasmania, funny little island, sort of our Isle of Man) and immediately noticed this silver and blue busa created a whole heap more female attention than the budgie ever did. And as I was single again, I was not going to complain. It was "ooohh, that's nice, can you take me for a ride?" That did not happen on the budgie. Yes, most of the time I had the budgie I was happily married, but I did have it while I was single for a while. Anyway, I know that sounds sexist and all that shit, but it was really something that jumped out at me as soon as I had it. Me? I just liked it, great fun.

It's a couple of factors called getting divorced (expense no.1), being out of my main source of income for 2 years (expense no.2). I've pretty well been set back 25 years financially so am starting again. I can earn good moolah, so figure a few months will see me back on a bike again. Mumph. I thought about a ZZR & even though i loved mine to bits, i aint had a 'busa before, if i cant live with it I'll sell it. Also, it is VERY clean & he lives near me too.
