No, I'm just trying to get you to admit that Toohey's Old is an
Australian beer than varies quite a bit from the norm (and that there
    aren't actually similar lines).

ergo Australian beers do have more variety than you implied in your
    original post.

You can't give up now. We have you booked in for a four day argument.

And how refreshing it's been, too. Gone are the days of the generic flavored
Melbourne Bitter, Fosters Lager, Victoria Bitter or Carlton Draught being the
    only packaged beer available here.

There was Courage, but we prefer not to speak about those times.

The only problem, at least here in Vic, is to get the CUB controlled pubs to
have a wider variety on tap.

I love Cascade Premium. The Light is good too.
Carlton Mid-Strength isn't a bad drop and is a good alternative from drinking
light if you still want to get a buzz without the massive hangover the next
morning. But the local pubs have none of the above on tap except for Cascade
    Prem. Light.

Oh, did you know that some of the Cascade products are actually made in QLD, not
    Tassie?

"when comparing similar lines" implies that there are similar lines you
do realize (which there isn't btw).
