SPECS on A38

    The stretch passing North of Sutton Coldfield. They have been working on it
    for a while. Passed it again today and the cameras have gone up. Well
    SURPRISE SURPRISE they are rearward facing. www.speedcheck.co.uk reveals
    the unveiling of SPECS3.

    There must be, oh, 4 bikes an hour on the particular road, a genuine menace.

    Of course now that the cunts have the tool, the speed limit on this dual
    carriage way has been reduced to 30mph, while some other roadside works go
    ahead.

    This was my commute route to Warwick - I've gone back to cross-country
    whilst the roadworks are on.
