A bureaucratic bungle meant a 30mph speed sign was erected without the
necessary authorization. Camera location: Primrose Hill, Cowbridge.

949 fines were issued between 1990 & 2005. Mid and South Wales Safety
Camera Partnership will attempt to contact all concerned so that
    convictions can be reversed.

Obviously, if you were one of the 949 and have moved since getting the
conviction you might need to chase it up yourself.

When this happened on the M4 the fuckers refused to automatically contact
all those fined as it ran into thousands. Hopefully, someone with a big
consequential loss claim will come along: although, I suppose this will
just result in more scamera vans.
