I dislike motorcycle cops who think they are above the law. Do as I tell you
and not as I do. I will do as you do only. As long as you ... motorcycle cop
keep speeding on your bloody bike, illegal U turns, through red lights, up
the foot path on busy roads, passing on left side of cars on a single
carriageway without using those disco lights, then I will continue to use
the road at my discretion. Where is the evidence? I don't have any. I don't
carry a camera. What I see is worse than I would ever do. If you do a rider
training course as a copper, it does not mean you are safer on the road. You
are not the only deciding factor in a possible collision. What happens if
someone is short sighted (no eye tests here) and comes out of an
intersection when you are speeding. You will blame them of course. Keep your
mouth shut about what speed you were doing.
Doing a course seems to mean you abuse it more because you think you are
better. Get some life experience for fucks sake. How can you be an
experienced rider if you are still in your twenties. Even motorcycle racers
are carefull in traffic. Come back to me and tell me you have not had a
accident in 20 years on a bike living in a city and then we can be friends.
    Untill then. Ups yours.
Ok... anyone else got a gripe?
err... does anyone know how to beat the points system for fines. The cops
have a way around it but I am not sure how they do it.

Hey! Smarty pants. I am glad you had a education. I just about taught myself
everything in the way of written English. I suppose you had parents too.
Well good on you. Don't be so bloody picky. Not everyone has access to a
good education. Just remember, an education does not mean you will be better
off in life or a nice person. Hence your smarty pants attitude dude. I poke
    my tongue out at you.

You may as well just accept the fact that there's one rule for cops,
    and one for everyone else.

I don't begrudge them for having this little perk. After all, they're
getting paid piss-poor wages for the work they do, the crap they have
to put up with and the risks they take.

    Build a bridge mate...

Aw, is it still bloody Harsh Week????? Sheesh......
Aw, come on Smee..... you're in the education game aren't you?????? You
bloody KNOW that sometimes kids don't get an education for LOTS of reasons
apart from access..... and it often isn't about CHOICE. (yes,
sometimes/often it IS, but we shouldn't always assume the best....)
Oh poo to that! Education doesn't make you a nicer person - but I suppose it
can give you a bit of ammo in life.....and hey, I am reasonably well
educated, but I still love to poke out my tongue at people!!!!! (showing
once and for all that education and maturity levels are not necessarlily
congruent!!!!! Besides, poking out the tongue - depending where you poke it,
I suppose.... - can be very therapeutic..... I recommend it for anybody who
    hasn't tried it!)

Having said that.... Using the "I didn't have much of an education" argument
when ranting against the powers that be isn't always useful... And arguing
about what the cops do (or SOME of the cops do, or even INDIVIDUAL cops do)
isn't really a sensible thing to do (even though it can seem very attractive
    sometimes)...

There are arseholes everywhere. Yes it's difficult NOT to categorise therm
by their public face (cop, teacher, biker, public servant, parent)

Oh poop, I've forgotten what I started out saying....

    Is it still Harsh Week?

betty (should I duck and run now?)

Gnat will be Johno's age before harsh week finishes!
Around here flame throwers or ducking and running should _always_ be
part of ones essential tools :)
