Painkillers before physio or you'll hardwire some pain pathways (Kathy told
me to write this). I've also heard that coffee enemas, slippery elm, and
mineral water sitz baths are good for shoulder pain

 

Ewww ouch ! That's gotta burn ! I guess the blisters on your ring would
take your mind off the shoulder pain for a while.

Oh, didn't have any but most of the pain is now from where they cut a
nerve in surgery, i think. Well, it's a strangely non-specific pain
throughout a numb region of skin below the cut, anyway.

i'll stick to leeches thanks!
